It offers space for 6 people and has 3 bedrooms, each with two single beds. The master bedroom with hot/cold air conditioning has an en suite bathroom with a bath and two sinks. There is an additional bathroom with a large shower room. The large flat is very well equipped, including SAT TV, WLAN, music system, children’s toys, beach chairs and other beach accessories. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven and much more. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available. The large living room with dining area has a fireplace as well as air conditioning. You will discover many little details. If you want to arrive with more people, there is an additional holiday flat Palmeras 2 for 4 people with a beautiful roof terrace and a view over Conil. Both flats are offered separately, the swimming pool is then shared. The entire villa for 10 people can also be rented as a whole property.
Place and situation of the accommodation:
The Villa Palmeras is located outside the center of Conil, in a quiet residential area of Conil, yet centrally and close to the beach. The old town center is 1300 m away and the beach of Conil is about 1000m (12 minutes walk). A large supermarket, restaurants and tapas bars are nearby. A car park is available.
