The apartment is on the top floor (2nd floor) and has a living / bedroom, a small kitchen and a modern bathroom. The living room has two beds one above the other, the disassembled are two comfortable single beds and a dining area with views of the beautiful terrace with sea views all the way to El Palmar and of course the white village of Conil de la Frontera. A large parking lot right on the promenade is within easy walking distance.

Place and situation of the accommodation:

The apartment is located in the historic center of Conil in the famous Calle Cadiz. To the fine golden sand beach is about 350m. Shops, restaurants and tapas bars are nearby. Despite the ideal central location, the apartment is equipped with well-insulated windows and shutters and therefore also offers tranquility.
