For max. 2-4 people. This modern and well-equipped apartment is located in the historic center of Conil, in a typical andalusian patio from which adjoin several apartments and studios. An outside staircase leads to the apartment that on the 1st floor has a living room with a small kitchen and a modern bathroom. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed for the 4th person and a dining area. A staircase leads to the bedroom with a double bed and a single bed for 3 people and a rooftop terrace with a beautiful sea view up to El Palmar and of course the white village and its Calle Cadiz. A large parking lot right on the promenade is within easy walking distance.

Place and situation of the accommodation:

The apartment is located in the historic center of Conil in the famous Calle Cadiz. To the fine golden sand beach is about 350m. Shops, restaurants and tapas bars are nearby. Despite the ideal central location, the apartment is equipped with well-insulated windows and shutters and therefore also offers tranquility.
