Holiday House Pepi

The beautiful and newly built in 2017 house Pepi, outside Conil, very quiet with fenced pool and large grounds can accommodate 6 people. In the evening you can enjoy the sunset on the terrace and next to the house there is a barbecue area with additional terrace. The holiday home in Conil has 3 bedrooms, one large with double bed and two with two single beds each. There is a bathroom with a spacious shower. In the cozy living room with fireplace and dining area there is TV and Internet. Also available the american kitchen, which is very well equipped. It is a very large and enclosed property with a beautiful garden with pergola, where you can also relax. A parking space is located on the property.

Place and situation of the accommodation:

The holiday house is situated in the Campo (in the country) of Conil between Conil and Roche. To the historical centre and beach of Conil it is approx. 15 minutes drive. To the nearest wonderful beach of Roche you need 8 minutes by the car. The nearest shops, restaurants and Tapa bars in El Colorado are to be reached in approx. 1 km, 15 minutes of sidewalk. Nearest golf course in 4km.
