Holiday Villa Chibanias

The beautiful holiday Villa Chibanias, decorated in the Moroccan style down to the smallest detail, is located in the country of Conil on a secluded and cultivated 2500m² plot with beautiful garden and a fenced large pool. It is a quiet villa area, typical in the country with chickens, horses and the like as neighbors. The special feature of this villa is the large patio from which all rooms can be accessed. The accommodation is for 6 people and has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with two single beds each. Each bedroom has a bathroom ensuite. Twice with a shower bath and once with a bathtub. There is also a separate toilet. As you enter the patio, you will find on the left a dining room that is open or closed by blinds. Here you have a view of the garden and pool area. From this dining room you enter the very well equipped kitchen with its own dining area and finally also to the cozy living room. For the colder months there is a central heating, so the house is also perfect for the winter time. In the garden there is a barbecue area with a cozy seating area and you can park directly in front of the house on the enclosed property. A small cottage for 2 people on the side of the property can be rented if it is not occupied.

Place and situation of the accommodation:

The Villa Chibanias is located outside the center of Conil, in a quiet, rural and pine-wooded district of Conil, in El Mayorazgo. The center of Conil is 4.9 km away and Fuente del Gallo beach is 3.9 km away. A large supermarket is located in Conil in about 3.8 km, a pizzeria in 2.7 km and a good Basque restaurant in 2km.
