For max. 9-11 people. The beautiful, 170m² large and air conditioned Villa La Ermita is suitable for larger families and is located in the country of Conil de la Frontera. This two-storey holiday home has a private pool with a 1000m² garden and a barbecue area. There are five bedrooms, three with a double bed (in one of these bedrooms there is an additional sleeping sofa for 2 persons), once with a pull-out bed for 2 persons and a single-bed room. On the ground floor are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, the cozy living room with fireplace and air conditioning, the well equipped kitchen with dining area. On the first floor are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with bath. The large balcony with sea view can be reached via the two bedrooms. There are two terraces, one in front of the house in the entrance area and at the pool, where you can enjoy the meals. Here you can spend your holiday calm and relaxing. The house is very well equipped. You can park on the fenced property.

Place and situation of the accommodation:

Villa La Ermita is quietly situated in the countryside of Conil de la Frontera. The center of Conil is 7,3 km, the beach and the old town of Conil can be reached in about 8 km. The nearest bar and restaurant is about 450 m away, there is a bread service and a large supermarket is available in El Colorado 2.2 km or Conil de la Frontera. Smaller shops can be found in the El Colorado area.
