The flat is on the ground floor and has a bedroom with two single beds, a living room with comfortable sofa bed for the 3rd person, a small open kitchen, dining area and a modern shower room. There is also in front of the entrance to the apartment an enclosed patio individual (for guests of the apartments Rincon 2 and 3 used as a passage) with table and chairs. A large parking lot right on the promenade is within easy walking distance.

Place and situation of the accommodation:

The flat is located in the historic center of Conil in the famous Calle Cadiz. To the fine golden sand beach is about 350m. Shops, restaurants and tapas bars are nearby. Despite the ideal central location, the apartment is equipped with well-insulated windows and shutters and therefore also offers no disturb by other guests.
