Max. 4 people. The beautiful and large holiday home is perfect for a family or 2 couples. It is on the outskirts of Conil in a closed and neat terraced house and has a communal pool with sunbathing lawn (June-September). On the ground floor there is the living room with dining area, a modern and well equipped kitchen with a small patio and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (with patio) and one with two single beds and a bathroom with bath. There is a balcony that goes from the bedroom. In addition, the terraced house has a roof terrace with views over Conil. You can park in front of the house in the street.

Place and situation of the accommodation:

Holiday house Tejar is quietly located on the outskirts of Conil de la Frontera. The center is about 850m and the old town and beach about 1.4km. The beach can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot. The nearest bar and restaurant are 750 m away and a larger supermarket is around 350 m away.
