There is a patio, where you can sit wonderfully sheltered and relax there. Aircondition in the living room and bedrooms as well as wifi. Parking is available. It is possible to rent a private parking in an underground garage.

The house is located in the center of Conil, in a quiet area, near the city and beach. The historic center is 400 meters away and the beach of Conil is about 850m (10 minutes walking). By car you reach the beach in 5 minutes. Shops, restaurants and tapas bars are nearby.
