There are two terraces, one in front of the living room with a comfortable sofa and on the other side of the living room, with a dining table, where you can wonderfully take the meals. In the spacious living room there is also a large dining table for 8 people. A modern and well equipped kitchen leads to the terrace and pool area. The accommodation is air conditioned, has TV and Wi-Fi. It is a very bright house, through the large windows and is located in a zone where you get easily to the beach and the bays (only 270m) of Conil. You can park on the enclosed property.

Place and situation of the accommodation:

The accommodation is only 270m away from the bay with a fine sandy beach and is situated in the urbanization Roche, between Conil and Novo Sancti Petri. It is a residential area where you will find peace and relaxation. The fishing village of Conil (10km), the beach of El Palmar, a paradise for surfers, is about 15 kilometers away.
